Rick spent almost two hours to trouble shoot and remedy our problem of no tv reception with our roof mounted antenna.  He made numerous climbs up to our roof to make certain we received the best possible signal.  He arrived promptly at the agreed time and was very polite and took time to explain all the work he had done.  We would certainly call on him again. We will recommend him to others.
