Anne The Plumber

I wish I did not have to write this review but I have to share my experience so somebody does not suffer the way I did. Called for an estimate for a shower valve replacement, she would not quote over the phone even thought I described in detail I just wanted it replaced and there was access already to the pipes in the wall. 175.00 is what she told me I had to pay to come look at it and that would be deducted from the price of the job, I agreed because based on the of the reviews I thought she would be fair. Took the plumber less then 5 minutes to look at the valve pull up on his phone a set price already predetermined of almost 1800.00. I told him that was not even in the ballpark of what it should be and he told me yes we get the reaction alot ... and then reminded me he needed his 175.00. Called another plumber and the job is being done for 550.00 which is reasonable beware!!

They do outstanding work They are neat overall an amazing job!!!

Anne is a true professional. Her associate arrived on time and did an excellent job installing my new toilet in a timely manner. This was the second time I called Anne, and both times have experienced prompt, friendly, professional service. Excellent plumbers.
