Price - Lowest quote out of 3 prices - you get what you pay for I guess.
Quality - Quality was just ok - agreed that some powerwashing had to be touched up, but wasn't done. Staining in the areas that were actually completed look great.
Responsiveness - Returned calls same day.
Punctuality - The job should have been completed given the mild weather we had in October and November.
Professionalism - Paid for half up front, but only about a quarter of the job was completed - promise to complete in the Spring of 2012. In hindsight, I wish I had paid the extra money to have the job completed THIS YEAR. In his defense, there were some unforseen/unavoidable personal issues on his side. I still feel he should have had some insight into the upcoming personal committments and shouldn't have taken on the job.
UPDATE - job was completed in May. Did a good job, looks good considering the fence was somewhat neglected over the years. Not sure I'd rehire. Lots of drips, missed spots here and there. Worth what I paid.
