Got taken out to the ball park. Needed A full view storm door window replaced. Required a minimum $25 deposit or credit card with a 4% up charge to get an estimate. Was told about $190, but, after an employe checked it out and measured the frame said about $170. I thought less $25 deposit. Final bill $235 less deposit and re-used the existing gasket. I was told the estimate was a BALL PARK figure. Horrible customer service.

One of the only companies around that does this work, and they seem to enjoy their business and do a very good job.
