From the beginning, the service was excellent. Responded to phone call immediately and was able to provide an estimate the same day using an online estimate/invoice system. Work product was excellent and explained repairs in detail. Communication couldn't be any better. Highly recommended.

I originally hired Sears Service to install a dishwasher and garbage disposal. When the technician left, the dishwasher wasn't working and the disposer was only partially installed. Neither thing was usable I called Vic on Tuesday evening and he was here on Thursday morning. He had everything up and running by the time he left a few hours later. He is just a great guy who is very trustworthy and really knows what he's doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs any sort of electrical work/installation done. I couldn't be happier with Vic and the work he did to get our kitchen humming along.
