Mr. Rosetta provided a fair estimate, and the total did not exceed this amount. I was impressed by his professionalism and attention to detail (for example, he gave excellent guidance in selecting roofing color and texture in order to give the best match with the selected siding). He even fabricated a custom mounting plate for a lamp fixture, to avoid having to use a stock plate that didn't match the siding.
