From start to finish Rich was the absolute best. He came to our house as our third chimney rebuild estimate, and I knew right away he was the one for us. He was clear in his communication and plan. This is our second time calling Rich in an emergency situation and we are so grateful for his help. After an old, failing chimney was pushing our oil heat system’s exhaust back into the house, Rich came in a few days later and replaced our entire chimney with a new one. We are now able to live comfortable using our heat without breathing in toxic fumes. I hired a mason to rebuild my chimney from the roof up and after starting the job he told me I needed chimney liners due to deterioration of the clay flues. I gave him an additional deposit and never heard from him again. This left me in the position of finding someone to finish the work he started. Without knowing Rich I called him and explained the situation and he didn't hesitate to help me out . He came out to look at the job the next day and in two weeks he managed to fit me into his schedule and finish the job. He finished the chimney and installed a liner for my furnace and a liner for the wood stove , finished the cap and a blue stone top and cleaned up the mess the other mason left. Rich and Tirso were great to work with. Rich helped me out of a jam. Every time I called Rich he either answered the phone or called me right back . I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him.
