In addition, Mr. Kinsella cleaned up the paint chips thoroughly, put tarps down as needed. When he left for the day, his work area was spotless and the newly painted surfaces flawless. To coin a phrase, "neat as a pin;" not to mention a transformation from shabby peeling shingles to a clean crisp smooth new look.
Mr. Kinsella deserves my highest recommendation and I would contract with him again in a 'New York' minute.
It is so refreshing to find someone of this caliber, genuinely conscientious, a gentleman who takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile.
