Estimate was right on target. A tough job on an old house was done flawlessly and promptly. Cleanup was done to perfection and it looks great. The crew came in, worked hard and fast and did a great job.

Cost was very competitive and work was performed in a timely manner and to my complete satisfaction. The team arrived early in the morning and worked exceptionally hard to complete the entire job in one day. In addition to a great roofing job, the team took care to protect the foundation landscaping and did a good job of cleaning and removing all debris. Six months later, I have no complaints.

Rough opening turned out to be a little bigger than they thought it was and required some "creative solutions" to get it right. Overall the job went pretty good considering the horrible weather they had to deal with.

Frank did what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it, for the price quoted. Crew was very polite and efficient. Clean-up was very good. Excellent experience and we would definitely use this firm again.

Excellent. He gave a very competitive price because work was done in winter and fit into an opening he had in his schedule. He delivered on his promises with excellent work. I always felt he was very honest and set expectations well. He was very responsive and always answered phone calls. He did not expect any money before the job was done.

I called for an estimate and Mr. Diroma went by the house the same day and called me with a verbal quote, then followed up by email with a written scope of work included in the price, which was everything I had requested.
I met him on a Wednesday and I requested an insurance binder which was immediately emailed to me. We discussed an estimated start date of a week or two, but he was able to shift things around and fit my house in his schedule two days later. That was great because I had a roof leak and I really wanted the work done while I was able to be there.
Since the house isn't that big and it was a straightforward roofing job, a five man crew was able to complete it in one day - about 10 hours. It was very humid and they worked practically non-stop, except for a lunch break.
They were very thorough in the clean-up, including using a magnetic rake for the nails. All in all it was a painless experience and I would highly recommend them.

I've also used them on all my ocean front buildings and he has done all the siding on the exterior on the building. This incident was over 11 years ago and I still have not had any issues.
