I wish every contractor I've used were as professional as Century Electric was. I called for someone to come for an estimate. They arrived that afternoon. I got an estimate in an email (my preference) within a couple of days.
I scheduled the work and they arrived right on time. In the case of the bathroom work, they had to juggle times with plumbers and carpenters but were very flexible.
 Billing and scheduling were handled by email, so there was no miscommunication. They explained everything that had to be done, made sensible recommendations for fixtures (too many bathroom fans are underpowered) and made money-saving suggestions.
They were prompt, kept to budget, kept schedules and were very pleasant to deal with. In one instance they had an opening and wondered if we would like them to come a day early! Fortunately it worked out and they were done. I can't recommend them highly enough. You might be able to find someone who quotes you less for the work, but it will be a false economy. If you live in the southern RI area, use these guys. You won't regret it.
