Description of Work: Do not use this company!!!!Ordered all new kitchen cabinets ($10K) - told delivery would be 6 weeks. 3 months later with a gutted kitchen still nothing (thank god we hadn't moved in yet!)- finally received cabinets after 14 weeks (1/2 damaged) - called to complain adn was given the run around over and over again. Had to put in claim with credit card company for 1/2 the $ back after getting no response from Ricci. After a million calls, emails, texts and phone calls we got our order completed minus 1 piece of trim. This was also after calls to cabinet manufacture b/c Ricci said order was placed but cabinet company said they were still waiting to get paid by Ricci before shipping. It has now been 1year since we started our cabinet instal and I just had a nice man at the cabinet manufacturing plant send me our final piece of trip - I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS OR RECOMMEND RICCI FURNITURE AGAIN!!!!

 + -1 moreSales person who introduced himself as Ricci was professional up to a point but then a anti-semetic slur was used and we left after asking him if he was serious and his reply was and quot;Whatand quot;. We were very upset and would never do business with this establishment.

Description of Work: After driving by this place hundred of times, I went to Ricci Furniture with my girlfriend to purchase a few pieces for a new home after searching every furniture store in a 20 miles radius of Providence (literally). There we met owner Libby and salesman Mark. Both were exteremly helpful and listened to our specific color and budget needs. Picked out a sofa and mattress for a superb price! Did not feel pressured to buy anything which was a great breath of fresh air! Delivered today with ease, punctuality and great overall service! Highly recommended!
