Took off from work travel to meet their demand for doing job before Memorial Day: I ordered and paid for a new bathtub, which they damaged when the tiles fell down on it while they were putting them in: had to reorder the tub and wait; owner of company/project manager is hardly ever here and does not oversee the project; they do not even work here for 8 hours, no weekends, and there is only one guy here; job is not even close to being completed. Work hours here get shorter and shorter and we are using one bathroom now for over a month.

Started fine although not everything was done on time and we had difficulty reaching him (Peter Walsh) at times. Then, with 90% of the job finally completed, he stopped answering our phone calls and did not return any calls after our leaving many many messages. We were patient in the beginning and finally called from a different number which he did not recognize so he answered, apologized, said he would call back but has not called back even now - over a month later. Clearly, we are very disappointed as we feel we have been unusually patient and interacted very kindly with him. We feel it is extremely inappropriate and unprofessional to not answer our calls and at the very least be in regular contact with us if there are extenuating circumstances behind his not being able to fulfill his commitment/ contract.
