The project started with foundation work in the fall of 2013 with completion of the job on or about 3/17/2014. Winter here in New England this year was difficult with most days below freezing. This delayed completion of the project. Any day that was above freezing Skorski Construction was here. They worked through the day with few breaks. They were neat never leaving a mess even if they were returning the next day. Mike Skorski kept us informed of his progress and problems that could potentially delay the work. For example; Because the height of the building was taller than usual a crane was needed in order to raise the roof trusses. Mike arranged this and kept the cost within reason. All of the people he recommended for foundation and concrete work were exceptional.
Description of Work: Skorski Construction built a detached garage for our home. The garage height had to be taller than usual so that a vehicle repair lift could be installed.
