a gentleman (Marlon) came over to provide preventive maintenance for my 2 Daikin AC units. He took about 45 minutes inspecting the 2 units carefully and then left. I was charged for the service and paid accordingly. Only 1 week passes and one of the units starts leaking dripping endlessly. I contact the company and another gentleman (Bob) comes and had to vacuum the hoses which were clogged. I asked Bob if what he did was standard part of the preventive maintenance and he said yes. Marlon had apparently not done the job thoroughly. After Bob finished, the AC was back and running effectively with no leak. I contacted the general service manager (Bob Wayne) who was didn't care, gave me a perfunctory apology . He said that I would not be "charged for the second service". That was not the point!! Why was not it done correctly in the first place? That was my question. I had to take time off of work because of an inept job and all I wanted was an explanation and perhaps corrective action that it would not happen again. Nope. I got a mechanical apology. I would not recommend these people .

Great job,  no mess,  all in 1/2 a day

The quality of the work done on all levels was excellent and the new system so far is running perfectly.
The installation was performed quickly, accurately and was beautifully done. The pipe work around the boiler almost looks like a piece of Art. The guys who did the work were personable and professional. The same is to be said for the men who did the chimney work the following day. They were on time, pleasant to have around and did a great job. When the old system was finally removed on the third visit, the men were on time, pleasant and like the others, left a perfectly cleaned up work area.
Everyone who worked on the project arrived on time, did an excellent, very clean job and I would be glad to have any of them do work for me again.
There were a few problems coordinating  the Boiler/tank removal and that was finally accomplished  a few days after the installation work was finished but the end result was excellent.

I used them in September 2010 as well. I am on a quarterly plan with them. I have worked with them for a number of years for my company, my business and personally for my home. They are very reliable and reasonably priced. I would most definitely use them again in the future.

They were on time with the boiler we had wanted. It is 93% efficient and an excellent product. There were several problems with the installation, including an iron pipe that was used instead of copper which doesn't rot out. They did come and correct the issues and the boiler works great and it is efficient.
