I asked Justin to create a fenced-in area for my 2 pugs to be safe and secure. Because my backyard is on an incline, Justin had to come back twice to install additional equipment to make sure they couldn't sneak under. He and his team are hard-working, dedicated professionals and I highly recommend Liberty!

The crew finished the job in one day, including some extra work not in the original contract. There were 5 or 6 guys in the crew who all came in and got to work immediately. They were great and the fence looks wonderful. We are happy to recommend them.

Justin and his crew were not only professional they were gentlemen. We had a white vinyl fence and gate installed that came out beautiful. We are so excited about. What I appreciated most is that Justin was not a pushy saleperson and helped us make a great choice and stayed within our budget. If you have criteria that must be met, check to make sure it is. Our experience is that this is true for all contractors. In Liberty's case, each time I questioned something, the depth of the holes (2 1/2 ft vice the 3ft stated in the contract), painting exposed surfaces (cut rails/posts must be painted per Ameristar installation instructions otherwise the company warrantee is invalid), and a final inspection that showed a couple of problems (2 posts that should not have been installed due to damage), Justin or the crew corrected them to my satisfaction. (Waiting until spring for last correction to be made.) I just wished I didn't have to do that. Justin did apologize for the problems shown him (he was not on site) and was very accommodating when I requested things in writing. The crew was very efficient in their work habits. At the end of each day, the area was clean and clear. The fence looks great and we are getting a lot of compliments. I gave work quality a 4 and customer service a 4.5 because of the issues I had. I do not score an easy 5. Value for the $ got a 5 because I had contacted 13 vendors of various aluminum fences, even one that sold the exact same fence (for $9K more) and Justin was by far the most receptive, communicative and accommodating.

I was not present at the time of installation. Justin and I agreed that the fence should go to the ground, leaving no gap. The crew he sent was not aware of this and my wife advised them when she saw what was going on, after 3 sections had already been put up. They did go back and reset them to the ground.

I had a set budget and Justin who is very nice worked with me to make it happen. We started discussions near the end of winter and was able to get the fence up as soon as the weather and ground were good to go. My dogs are now free to run in the yard without escaping!
