The service was pretty good. They came back and fix the problem once and it happened again. I did have some problems with the chimney liner cap. I called them once on it and I was on vacation for about 3 weeks and I just noticed it again the other day. I do not know if they have fixed it when I was away or it is still the way it was. I was not home. I was at work, but my mother was there. I think there were two people that came out and I think they were on time. They were pretty courteous. They did not leave a mess. They did a good job cleaning up. I have to wait to see if they come back and fix this chimney problem.
