He showed up a couple times after many excuses. Spent about 45 minutes and removed leaves. Nothing more. I paid him for the work he did, and he never showed up again. I contacted him several times, (via Angie's List & Text message) and he would always assure me that he would be showing up to do the work. He never bothered to show up, which was problematic because we had scheduled showings of our house. He has continues to send me bills for work that he never showed up for, and does not reply to my messages that I send him via Angie's List.

"I apologize if you are receiving invoices in error. However, we have no record of any payment from you for the two invoices for the two times (10/8/2014 and 11/8/2014) we serviced your property. If you did make these payments, please contact us with proof of payment from your bank and we will stop the invoices. We are not scammers and do not bill for work that we did not perform. If the error was on our end in processing your payments, then in order to rectify this egregious error, we would like to perform a spring cleanup of your property free of charge to be performed in the month of April. Thank you for your review and I am sorry that I failed to perform to the adequate service to you and your family."
