CLS performs Mold Testing and Inspecting only. We do not provide remediation as it is a conflict of interest to perform both services. We have a microbiologist on staff, which allows for quick turn around time.

The inspection went really well. Christine walked through the house and inspected the areas I was concerned about. In some rooms she took an air sample, in others she took a surface sample. Where there was a moisture problem, she gave her thoughts on the source of moisture. A week later, I had a written report from CLS detailing the mold that was found, along with recommendations for how to treat it and clean it up. Christine answered my questions about the report, and also provided recommendations for mold remediation companies that seemed best suited to my situation.
