The inspection went really well. Christine walked through the house and inspected the areas I was concerned about. In some rooms she took an air sample, in others she took a surface sample. Where there was a moisture problem, she gave her thoughts on the source of moisture. A week later, I had a written report from CLS detailing the mold that was found, along with recommendations for how to treat it and clean it up. Christine answered my questions about the report, and also provided recommendations for mold remediation companies that seemed best suited to my situation.
Description of Work: Inspect the house for mold, sample and analyze the air and surfaces in problem locations, and report on the types of mold and recommend cleanup procedures.
