I typically go to a local garage bc this Honda dealership is expensive, hard to book, and doesn't answer the phone during the day at all. It is near impossible to talk to a service advisor during the day.
The rear windshield washer was not working and the car was under warranty so I brought it in, figuring it was covered.
It ended up being nothing really wrong----the line got slightly dislodged under the passenger seat and took 15 seconds to put back into place---yet I still got charged for $180 of shop time. Unreal
When they wonder I go to a local mechanic for all of my service, this is a perfect case in point. He would have charged me $0 when he realized how easy the fix was.

I keep going back because of their extra service.  2.00 to 2.05.  I would surely use them again in the future.

Terrible Experience

Great. They are easy to deal with and have good customer service.

Good explanation of what would be done, checked before performing cost items, explained recommendations for future. All done in reasonable amount of time. However, I had made the appointment at this time because I received a recall notice and gave that information when making the appointment. When the other service was completed I was informed that they had and quot;run outand quot; of the needed part for the recall repair, so I have to return next week for that.

I waited in line about 15 minutes. The employees managed the lines well, making sure that people were taken in correct order. the entire service took about 15 minutes. They were thorough, showed me the different package options, but they did not try to upsell me. I felt like they were knowledgeable and courteous.

Bought a new car and discovered that night when driving it home that the position of the seat REALLY aggravated a prior medical condition. Did everything I could to adjust the seat with no improvement. It had seemed fine on the test drive. Realized I could not keep that car, would not be able to drive it. Called my salesperson as soon as I got home, left a message. Called again early the next morning, same thing. Drove up there, asked to see my sales person. Instead, they ushered me into the sales manager who told me in no uncertain terms that they could NEVER take a car back. He was so unfriendly that you would have thought I had murdered someone. He said it was impossible, that a courier had already gone to the registry. I later found out that was TOTALLY UNTRUE, the car was not registered by them till several days later. He offered only to trade for another car, but none of them was what I needed for a vehicle. So, in essense, I was out of luck. I ended up trading the car 3 weeks later, with a total of 70 miles on it, to another dealer for a Toyota, which I love. (Valente Toyota and Subaru in Westerly are GREAT!!!!!) The sales manager at Valente Subaru was great, even though I did not end up getting a car from him. When he heard my story, he said, of course that sales manager at Majestic could have taken the car back, he just did not want to". From the young girls who were working at the front desk in the showroom at Majestic, snapping their gum and gossiping, to the sales staff and the way I was treated, I was thoroughly disgusted. I have told everyone I work with and know to avoid Majestic Honda at all costs.

I was able to come in any time at my convenience. The whole service took about an hour. I am waiting for the pipe to be installed, but was charged for it, but I have been out of town and not available. I will call them soon.

NORMAL MAINTENANCE----OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION.

I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND DEPENDABLE. I FEEL THAT THEIR PRICES ARE REASONABLE FOR WHATEVER I HAVE DONE. I REALLY FEEL THAT I CAN TRUST THEM WITH ANY JOB.
