Our cesspool was starting to fail so we needed to replace it with a septic. We needed someone who would take care of everything from start to finish. They did exactly that, from measuring our yard and drawing plans to putting seed down when it was all done. They were very friendly and my kids watched them while they worked (from inside). I felt very safe with their crew being there around the kids. I was surprised at how quick it all went.
My only critique is they forgot to seed afterwards. I realize some people want to seed themselves with special grasses, and they did ask how the yard looked after and if it was how I wanted it. I didn't even think to look if they seeded it. However a simple phone call and someone came back and seeded it afterwards.
Months later now we had a day of very heavy rain in a short amount of time. Right where the tank is the dirt has settled. I called them up and they said no problem we'll come bring some more dirt. He also asked if there were any other problems, which there weren't.
Overall I am very pleased. They were slightly more expensive than other quotes, but I did notice they were the only ones that said we won't go over this amount. While the others said it more of a we should be able to do it for this amount type quote.

They were very thorough, although it took them a long time to come out here. However, when they came out, they got the job done to my satisfaction. Overall I was pleased.

IT WAS KIND OF HECTIC TRYING TO LIVE IN THE HOME WHILE THEY WERE ADDING ON TO THE HOME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ACTUALLY HANDLED HIRING ALL OF THE OTHER CONTRACTORS TO FINISH THE WHOLE THING SO THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO. WE ARE VERY HAPPY.
