+ -1 moreI was entranced by the level of their customer service. When I was purchased the original unit they were extremely helpful in their over the phone sales. Their web site is extraordinarily complete and detailed as far as what you need and what you can buy.
Description of Work: I bought a battery back-up system from them in 2005 and it died recently. I called technical support and was told the unit was toast and they would send me a new upgraded unit at no charge. They also paid the shipping for me to return the damaged unit. This is a piece of equipment you do not want to be without.
