I can’t say enough good things about West Greenwich Animal Hospital. The entire staff are amazing! My cat Rocky was seen by Dr.Amy and the quality of service and care she gave to my cat during his last few months was above and beyond! They were able to order special diet food for him which was very conscientious. I highly recommend West Greenwich Animal Hospital for all your animal needs! Again, the quality of service and the genuine heartfelt care they provide is exceptional. Thank you so much!!

Very well antibiotics for 2 weeks

Amazing. They ran tests that were reasonably priced on site. My cat was in rough shape, but the diagnosis was not clear. Dr. Laura administered an antibiotic due to high white blood cell count. She was extremely respectful and understanding during the visit. She suggested an ultrasound and sent me home with medication. She called every day at least once a day for a week to check on my cat. Long story short, my cat made it through. He had severe pancreatitis and the actions that dr. Laura took saved my cat's life. As a new client, having a vet call you everyday to check on the progress of your pet is absolutely impressive. The staff was great and as long as I'm in the area this is going to be my Veterinarian Service.

Amazing. They are compassionate, professional and sincerely care for each animal (and owner) that they see.

Could not have gone better. I was very impressed with this veterinary practice and the office itself is lovely; sun drenched and full of plants and quilts. I was able to get an appointment promptly and the doctor was exceptional. I would recommend going out of your way to use WGAH

Dr's. Ralph and Amy Pratt have been our dog's veterinarians since the late 1990's. They (and the staff) have always been there when needed and have provided professional and accurate services. They treat every animal as if it was their own.  I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a group of dedicated professionals to help their "family members" at very competitive rates.

We moved to the area a year ago and thought it was time to find a local vet so after researching vets in the area, we decided to try WGAH.
From the first contact call they were wonderful and informative.  I called them with a concern regarding my dog Beefy's skin conditions and they immediately fit him in same day. 
When we arrived, they were quick to welcome us and led us into an exam room.  The staff was very friendly and welcoming and wonderful with our dog. 
When Laura Brannigan, DVM came in to see us, she got right down on the floor and lovingly examined our dog.  She was informative and explained everything she was looking for.  We reviewed his vaccination history and she made her recommendations.  What really struck me during this visit is this...Beefy has a skin condition and the doctor could have led us down a path of expensive medicated pads/medications however she did the exact opposite.  She gave us home remedies that we could try first (refreshing, to see she cared about Beefy and not selling excess products). 
I have been giving Beefy heartworm preventative each month since he was a puppy...I've have several tests over the years but do not do it yearly.  She recommended we do the test because it also tests for other possible diseases.  Well we did the test and the vet called me with the results 5 minutes within leaving our appointment.  Thankfully he doesn't have Heartworm however they did find Beefy has Lyme Disease...  I would have never know unless he became really ill from the disease.   I am very thankful to her for explaining that testing process.  If she hadn't been so thorough, I would have passed on this test :-)  Thank you Dr. Laura!
Beefy has been placed on antibiotics for the next 28 days, we have some great home remedies that we are trying out and we have peace of mind that our Beefy is being well cared for.  
In two weeks we will bring home our English Labrador puppy and we already have his 1st appointment scheduled at West Greenwich Animal hospital.

Have been going to WGAH for past 24 years. Our Boxer Noah 6 years old needed his gums trimmed back since they had grown over his top canine teeth. Dr. Ralph performed the operation, Noah came through with a brand new smile, We where's sent home with pain meds and an antibiotic, the staff called later to follow up on Noah's condition. Dr. Ralph did a great job along with the rest of his staff.

I just moved into the area and adopted a Beagle puppy a few weeks ago. I wanted to check out a vet closer to home and West Greenwich Animal Hospital is right nearby. I made an appointment and was greeted with a smile and hello for both me and my puppy, Sadie. The hospital itself is so pleasantly decorated and joyful! We were immediately brought to an exam room and only waited a short amount of time for the vet, Dr. Suzanne Scott. Sadie loved her and both Dr. Scott and the vet tech were top notch. They took their time examining Sadie and answering my questions and concerns. I left there with a ton of information and feeling so grateful to have found such a welcoming vet nearby!

The price was comparable for what I got. They are very pleasant, very professional, they were very careful, and they made my pets feel at home. 

This veterinary practice is the. Best in RI. I have several dogs they have all received the most excellent care from the veterinarians and their wonderful support staff. I moved to RI 13 years ago and before finding WGAH tried 4 different vets, they were all disappointing. Finally about 4 years ago I found this veterinary practice, thankfully. The vets are excellent, as is their entire staff.They go above and beyond for the pets in their practice. I love my animals and feel very lucky to have found this wonderful team to care for them.

They are very professional, and they go above and beyond to make sure your animals are cared for properly. I have an elderly dog with many issues, and the vet calls to make sure he is doing well, and the technicians are all knowledgable and prompt.

They were very kind and compassionate.  My cat had been there for treatments during his illness and was so pleased with the care they provided during this difficult time.

They're excellent people. They are there when I call and I can get in right away. They've been able to service us excellently. Dr. Laura, who is the doctor that we deal with, couldn't be more helpful. I would recommend the fact they're gonna be there when you need them. Any vet can do regular work but I've called the night and then the morning and I've been able to get in right away with emergencies so we've been able to solve the problem instantaneously.

Love all the people, vet techs, front desk and vets that work at WGAH. 

HI first brought my cat to Dr. Brannigan when she worked in North Smithfield.  I moved quite far away, but had had such bad experiences with two other providers that I decided to stay with her.  My cat had previously been diagnosed with diabetes, and with her good care, he survived 5 and a half years with the disease.  Then Dr. Brannigan moved, so I moved along with her to West Greenwich Animal Hospital.  I have always found most vet offices to have very caring vet techs, but the vet techs at WGAH are extraordinary.  I always feels as if they have been so looking forward to seeing my cats at each appointment.  I was particularly impressed with Dr. Brannigan's diagnostic skills with my current cat, as she picked up hyperthyroidism in her before she had any severe symptoms, and that has meant that my cat has been spared the host of complications often associated with the condition.  I have also seen other vets at WGAH, and they seem to know a lot about my cats, which I attribute to Dr. Brannigan's keeping excellent records.
