Defects in the materials used are causing the subfloor to become weak. There are areas where the floor could cause bodily injury by the plywood breaking underneath while walking on the floor. When making contact to the company all I got was empty promises on times when work would be completed all to just leave me waiting all day for work that was not going to be completed. Company now does not return phone calls or respond to sent messages.
