ZOOTS

My experience with Zoots was simply awful. I sent my brand new suit in to be pressed only, not dry cleaned. They lost the suit. I called to tell them about it and was transferred to customer service where I filed a report with "Josh". And so began my Kafka-esque nightmare. Every time I tried to contact Zoots, I was transferred to Josh. I could not speak to a supervisor, I could not find an email or phone number that would result in any other contact with this organization other than "Josh". And Josh was less than useless. His only response to any request was "we are doing everything we can to locate your suit." I kept trying to tell him that he should speak to the driver who picked up my suit, because I had requested special handling. No response. Eventually, after two weeks and countless fruitless phone calls to "Josh", the suit was located, because the driver recalled where he had left it. I can not express how incredibly frustrating this experience was. NEVER USE ZOOTS for any item of clothing about which you care.
