I felt very taken advantage of as a young female homeowner. This company caused an unbelievable amount of headaches. They started the job the day before thanksgiving and assured me several times it would be completed the same day. They left around 2PM without a word, my yard all torn up. When I reached out, they said they would be back a week later on Tuesday as they were unable to get the inspection because they did not have the permit. When I sternly expressed my concern they did return to turn the water back on the next morning. When they finally returned to complete the job, they left several sinkholes and my yard could not be walked in because they did not compact the soil at all. During this visit, I also saw a worker urinating on my building. When confronted he said 'I wasn't sure where I should go". After contacting my lawyer they returned to fill it in. They were hours to days late for each of these visits and the job that was quoted to take 'a few hours' ended up taking a month

terrible......     $ 3000 down   was told 3 days job would be complete. on 3 rd day paid the remaining balance of $ 2800 thinking it would be finished . WRONGGG
not one time were they here when they said they would be, after the asphalt was done, the next morning it had rained.
the walkway portion of the asphalt had 6 low spots which had formed puddles. an employee coming to do some finish work to our foundation that got busted during  tearing out  old concrete for asphalt, seen puddles and stated " that's not good". the employee called  " the owner " , the message i got was he would be there that day to look at it. i was told  since it was still new and soft, it could be fixed easily. either  by heating the asphalt up and beating a pipe into it and creating channels for the water to drain, or reheating  it and compacting it more. i didn't want lines beat into my new asphalt . which didn't matter because   " the owner "
was a  NO SHOW.   " the owner "
told employee to tell me " give it a week then call me "   i called after a week  "   my guys will be there in a couple days "  NO SHOW  again.
aftermore unreturned calls , i get a call on a Wednesday saying we will be there by Friday. i had just got done  cleaning asphalt with water hose and noticed now instead of 6 low spots , i now have 12 low spots scattered through out entire new asphalt, which tells me the foundation underneath the asphalt is sinking or settling bringing the asphalt with it.when the employees arrived and seen this  his comment was " OMG".  1st  thing employee tried was the channeling . after seeing channel and the discoloration on my new asphalt i told him no  this isn't how i want it repaired.  " the owner "showed up finally , stated that the following Tuesday they would come heat it up and compact it,  on Wednesday they made it here , heated up 1 st spot , compacted it and left a nice grayish white blotch on my new patio. the employee stated these puddles are too deep to compact out.  it was at this point i  told them enough.  when patio is dry there are no apparent defects at all, when its wet  there are the puddles , they evaporate and over time will just seep through  the asphalt. the repairs that they performed , or tried to perform have put very noticeable scars on  my brand new asphalt. we will wait and seal coat it and cover up the blotches. i called the owner after his guys left and told him we were done and suggested i get  some of my money back due to the job was INCOMPLETE and it now looks terrible.  wouldn't you know      he hasn't returned my call
