Excellently. Harry was the professional who did the work both for my individual unit and for the building HOA (I live in a 3 unit bldg). He was extremely personabe, courteous, professional, meticulous (I do appreciate anyone who takes pride in and is particular about his craft/trade) and efficient. Harry came to my house twice as a ‘fixer’ of sorts (to correcr/fix the work done by a different contractor/company).

Harry and Justin arrived early,looked at the two areas that needed repairs,put down drop cloths and started the job. Couple of unexpected things showed up during the process,severely corroded bathroom drain and a kitchen faucet that had frozen/corroded and could not be repaired. Installed new parts in both instances after discussing with me and offering options. They were here about 3 hours(estimate) from arrival to departure,left the areas clean and all repairs were tested multiple times. Must mention how quiet they were,my 8yo bulldog slept the entire time. Jim F

We had an issue with a potential carbon monoxide problem with our 27 year old gas furnace. The gas company came to replace the outside meter and couldn't relight the furnace because of carbon monoxide issues. I've used Riley in the past for plumbing issues and they've always been very responsible and professional. This was no exception. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing and heating needs.

Everything was done very professionally. He was able to fix the faucet without replacing it. The garbage disposal works great. My washing machine shut off valve and outside faucet do not leak anymore. He had everything done in a little over 2 hours. He also answered my questions about some future plumbing issues and gave me a lot of helpful information. It was clear he was very well informed. I will definitely call them again.

Came out to troubleshoot a new water heater that wasn't working correctly. They where there within the hour. He diagnosed and repaired in under 2 hrs. He also noticed an unsafe gas line that he capped.

No one likes the mess and inconvenience of an expired water heater. This company answered the call, asked the right questions, and someone was at my house this morning (12 hours after my call) getting the job done at a very reasonable price. Now I can resume normal life. I would recommend this company to any friend.

I called the company at 6:45 AM and the answering service took my information. At 7:00 AM I received a call saying a technician would be at my home before 9:00 AM. By 9:15 the job was completed and I had heat.The technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
