We now have Verizon Fios for our TV service and we like it much better than Cox Cable.

I chose Verizon because they had the phone I wanted. Their service is excellent, but their charges are a mess. When I call them, I have to speak with several people. They have been fairly good to me, but their service is not affordable.

My daughter had a cell phone that broke and it was replaced. They did not tell us to send the old phone back and i was billed $675 for it. When I finally spoke to a customer service representative they were not going to refund my money even after they got the phone. I was given the run around and talked to several different people. Finally I threatened to cancel all of my services they did give me a two hundred dollar credit. I am planning on getting rid of the services through them.

I was trying to get them for my home phone and they messed up the appointment for about five times. So, I ended up not going with them and I went with somebody else. It was definitely a negative experience with them. I get their wireless service for my cell phone but I was trying to get them for my home phone and that was a horrible experience. I actually cancelled the appointment because they messed up the appointment five times. They showed up when they weren't supposed to and did not show up when they were supposed to. However, that was the Verizon home phone service. We have their wireless service for our cell phone. It is going to be about $150 a month for two GB of data but I don't know the specifics as I have not yet received a bill. This is the first month that I have had it. I had a different service provider previously. So far, I am satisfied with their service. We had a problem where my husband's GB did not refresh. So, it said that he had used more than he did. We only had it for a month. The first billing cycle was 2 days and it did not refresh. So, I called their customer support three times and I have not even had it for a full month. My overall experience with them right now is average and it depends on how they rectify the situation. They are supposed to call me back tomorrow. They looked into it right away and they brought me up to the second level of support. One of the people that I talked to was rude and would not let me explain the situation. I actually had to hang up and call back to get somebody different. It was not very good. The quality is not too good as I am having some problems. They have been very responsive when I called. The wireless and the home phone are two separate companies. After my two years contract is up I will probably look into the other options. It was not too bad with my previous service provider but I wanted the iPhone and it kind of worked out better with the plan that Verizon had. After two years, I will probably look into somebody else to see what they can do.

I was satisfied with the service initially. I ended up canceling due to financial reasons. I ended up with with another business for phone service. Verizon shut off the cable as requested. They still had a panel in one of my coat closets and I was warned not to put anything in it, risking a fire. This is very inconvenient not being able to use one of my closets. My phone lines were also connected to this box. Since this issue has started, I no longer have phone service. I'm unable to follow up with physicians and my family. I've just come out of the hospital and am exhausted. This box makes noises keeping me up at night. I'm sick and need rest and am unable to. I've contacted them numerous times to dismantle the box and they're unable to fix the issue. I'm almost to the point of the breakdown and they're unwilling to work with me.
