I bought 4 new tires at Town Fair Tire in North Providence in April, 2013. Because a new teen driver uses that car, I bought a warranty. I have had to replace two tires since then on two separate occasions. The Town Fair Tire in Warwick is closer, so I took the tires there. Town Fair in Warwick was happy to honor the warranty, and they replaced the first tire in June and the second in August. The cost of the tire was covered under warranty, but the labor was an additional $40 the first time. On the second tire, the cost was the same, but they gave me a credit from some previous transaction, so the final cost after credit was $28. I was glad to get the credit, but not pleased I'd been overcharged in the first place. I was pleased with the courtesy of the staff. Both times I dropped the tire off at noon and picked it up at 4:30 in the afternoon, so I didn't have to wait at the shop. The tires were ready when promised, and there was not a long wait at the counter.

we dropped the car off and picked it up later that same time in order to avoid a long wait. The service was very good and they were very professional. we have bought tires their previously and return periodically for rotation and balance.

First they come back and do not have 4 of the tires I just bought. The switch to what they say is better tires. Then they put them on with lettering on the inside had to take off and do again.
Then when I took back for tire rotation it is like they could care less.
Good pricing but terrible service. Would not use again. Other in the are will match prices.

.Well everything went well on the day I bought the tires, and as we were talking about the warranty information I explained to the salesperson that my vehicle just had a front wheel alignment, these are free when you buy tires at Town fair. So I asked if I could get one in the future since they owed me one, so the salesmen said that would be OK. And wrote it on the sales slip that I would be back in the future for the alignment. So about a year later I went back for the alignment, showed the salesperson my receipt and he said sorry we can't help you. Very unprofessional. They will not see me again, and I told everyone I know to stay away. You can not honor their word.

Staff always happy to help, even when busy. Charged very little for repair due to previous purchase, although several years ago.

There is never a long wait and if there were to be they would let you know. They are very responsible and friendly. They make sure to answer all of your questions and I would recommend them to anyone. I am pleased with the service.
