Stricklin Lawn Maintenance

Trevor, the owner, came out to give us an estimate on a reduced scope fall cleanup. We called the next day and accepted his price and agreed to use his services. We spoke to him again later in the week and he promised that the work would be complete by the end of the next week. It's now been over two weeks since we first met and we have not seen or heard from Trevor since he gave us a timeframe for completing the job. Neither multiple phone messages nor email correspondence have been returned. On the two occasions where we've been able to connect on the phone, he has hung up on us. We've even gone as far as using 4 different phones (cell and land lines) to make sure there wasn't a connection problem on our end. We don't know if he got busy, changed his mind, or needed to renegotiate terms (any of which would be acceptable). Instead, we've received no response.
