They advertise cleaning, polishing, and waxing. All he did was go over the floors with a microfiber mop. After he was finished, I pointed out many areas that were still spotted. After he left, I had to go over many areas with a damp rag. For the price of $254, I would never use them again. I thought he would at least buff the floors when he was finished. Nope. All around, it was a terrible job.

It was great! They were on time and very professional. I would use them again.

They are quick, polite, efficient and reasonable. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

It was a three room special with a little hallway. One room was bigger well two rooms were bigger when they measured. It was a $99 special that came to $139 so all in all, I did not think that was bad. One room came out excellent and the other one, they could not get out all the stains. Price was not bad. They called before coming to let me know about how much and time. When they arrived, they called outside to let me know that they had arrived.

It was excellent all the way around, they were punctual, very neat and did an excellent job. They treated a sofa and a love seat and it dried quickly and looked good when they were done. The price was good and the service was great.

They were very quick professional and the price was in the ball park. They came over right away.

I’ve used them once. I’m not sure if I’ll bring them back. Of course, it’s a big national chain. They just did a perfunctory job. I’m not one of these customers that has their carpet cleaned every 6 months. It was a perfunctory job, they were in and out in a couple of hours. They seem to do an okay job, but nothing that stands out. They were fast. They came when they said they were going to come, so I guess that was punctual. The overall impression I had was a “B”, but they weren’t an “A”. They didn’t wow me. I want to try a different carpet cleaning because the other company is better rated on Angie’s List.

Entire house has wool carpeting light beige with a a few spots ... We requested a deep clean on these spots and all they did was spray a hot water solution then sucked the water right back up .... Terrible ... They were their 45 minutes and 10 was spent describing how bad the stains were

The young men arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. I don't worry about up selling because It's their job and I know how to say no. I had prepped each room in advance with carpet sliders under the heavier furniture and checked in only once for each room except for the office where I moved the computer equipment myself. They put everything back with foam or plastic squares under legs and did an excellent job overall.

They arrived within time window as agreed.  They cleaned the carpet in the family room & it looks brand new.  The wood floor in the dining room needed a lot of attention as it is about 15 years old.  They cleaned it & applied the maintenance coat.  It looks absolutely fantastic.  The shine is back and does not look 15 years old.  I have wood floors in the living room & bedroom & will definitely be calling Stanley Steemer to refinish them.
