Roof Doctor Inc

The work was done in a day by a group of subcontractors.  Gutter cover installation was part of the job. Although the job was done quickly, the old nails were neither removed or hammered down. When the workers were asked about the old nails, they just hammered down the nails that I could see and claimed all the old nails have been taken care of. Nails being sticked out could perforate the shingles and increase the chance of the roof being blown away. After the work, the elbows of the downsprout were filed with shingle debris and block the rain water. Contacted Andy without any response. The gutter cover was not appropriately installed. The cover is a little wider than the gutter in some places and extra portion of the cover was placed under the shingle, leaving a space between the shingle and the underlayer, another risk of shingles being blown away in the future. I did not realize that "roof doctor" and "roofing doctor" are two different businesses in the region. I got good references from "roofing doctor" but called "roof doctor" to do my roof by mistake. I should have let "roofing doctor" do my roof.

Overall we liked him... It took a long time to resolve something. My husband would give you a better review on that.

Excellent work. Andy is very professional, knowledgeable and won't cut corners. He responded promptly to my request for an estimate and after I made the decision to have Roof Doctor do the work, the job was completed as scheduled in one day. Their contract is clear as to what the cost will be ($/square foot) if they have to replace any of the roof decking, although in my case nothing had to be replaced. GAF Timberline HD shingles used. Job was 18 squares. Cleanup was thorough. No surprises when I raked leaves the following weekend. I know others who have used Roof Doctor and their experiences were positive as well.

Everything went well. They were very responsive, pleasant and professional. We will have them do work for us again.

He did the job and he did tell me what the problem was but two months later (when it rained) there was still some leakage. When I called him, he told me something else could be wrong and I would have to be charged again. I told him that I had paid him to find the leak. He sent his brother out to check it out, but he hasn't found the problem. Since that point, it has not been leaking. I think they may have adjusted it the second time they came out. Overall, I wouldn't call him back.

Roof Doctor was immediately responsive. Owner, Andy was right on top of everything and his team were on time and worked tirelessly. The job took 2 1/2 days just as was quoted and each day, they cleaned up every inch of my property. I would recommend Roof Doctor Inc. to anyone. They quote a fair price for a great product and a quality job.

The work was done on time on a one week notice. All the work was completed very efficiently in a total of two days. The price compared reasonably with one other estimate and was $8,000 less than a third estimate for the same work. The job site was maintained and cleaned in an excellent manner.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD A HUGE SELECTION OF SHINGLES TO PICK FROM. THEY DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND IN A PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE.

THIS IS A TERRIFIC COMPANY. THEY ARRIVED WITH AN EIGHT GUY CREW AND FINISHED MY ROOF IN ONE DAY. THEY WERE RIGHT ON SCHEDULE, AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
