Allen was hands down excellent!!. Timely, thorough, and excellent communicator. Even my friends and family commented on how wonderful and easy to read the final report was. Allen was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He was able to show me the real state of the house I was buying. His report was clear and detailed, which helped me remember all of the information he had shared about the house at the time of the inspection. He too his time doing the paperwork. Did not do it the same day. He also played down some of the very same flaws he wrote on the report in front of the seller, which I did not like one bit at all.

What really impressed me is that Allen was very accommodating with his scheduling, which was a huge help to us, due to our need for a couple other professionals to be there at the same time. Allen was extremely thorough when performing our house inspection. He is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to a family or friend for their inspection. We received the results of the inspection the same day it was completed! He takes many pictures and will explain along the way exactly what he is doing and what he sees. Allen is also very friendly and it was a pleasure to have him handle our inspection!!

Allen came out yesterday for a home inspection. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable providing great feedback. He was very thorough and made the overall process as stress-free as possible.
