This company is for people who have an unlimited budget.  I mentioned what my budget would be and they went $35,000 over it.  Waste of time.  Once they gave quote, I have never heard from them asking if I was interested or anything.  They must judge based on house, what we can afford and assumed I couldn't.  I just wish they didn't take my $150 and told me upfront. 

Our kitchen was totally stripped and new everything was put in. Cabinets, counter-top, back-splash, floor, plumbing and electrical work were all significant chores. If not for the blackout, the project would have been completed in less than 3 weeks. Our bathroom tub was removed and a new walk-in shower installed along with a new vanity, toilet, cabinet and medicine cabinet. The bathroom work needed careful and creative thinking to pull off. Sabrina and Tom figured it out. At approximately $65K, the job was expensive. But given our lack of knowledge and skill combined with our desire for a high-quality product, we went ahead. No doubt this could have been done more economically. But we are not only completely satisfied with the work done but pleased with the service and attention we received. It was worth it and we have a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. RIKB could have provided a painter as well but we opted to hire one on our own.

very professional, timely, fine workmanship, extremely neat quick response to concerns I esp. appreciated receiving a binder with complete plans and schedule of workers prior to start date!

Strategy and Design process was bad. Non-responsive, didn't drive the agenda, didn't take preferences into account in a timely manner.
Execution was fantastic the actual work is superb.

They were very professional and detailed oriented from beginning to end or project. They worked with me to design a perfect kitchen and had no issues with reworking the plan until I was fully satisfied. Once work began there were no delays since work was not scheduled until all material were in warehouse. A meeting was held on site with everyone involved to review the plan and it all went like clock work. I was so happy, I worked with them later that same year on a complete gut and redesign of my bathroom.

THIS IS AN EXCELLENT COMPANY THAT DOES EXCELLENT WORK. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. THEY DID THE REMODELING THE WAY I WANTED IT DONE AND THEY DID A VERY NICE JOB ON IT.
