Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
Hired Richie Artica (Renomax now doing business as Roof Titan) to renovate a room in our basement. He started to drywall the basement but didn?t tape foamular seams, add insulation or complete electrical before closing the walls. Then he stopped answering messages and abandoned the project. Left behind bags of garbage and crappy work. Richie is great at promising but very bad at following through, I?m not sure he even knows the right way to do things. Spoke to an electrician who worked with him previously and he indicated he?s seen Renomax/Roof Titan do this before. This is the way he does business. Hire at your own risk!
