 + -1 moreOur house looks beautiful inside and out (he also painted the exterior of our house) and we have gotten many compliments on it. He is an excellent painter who takes pride in his work, is conscientious and personable. After painting he cleaned the floors and surfaces he worked on meticulously. Excellent work at a reasonable price. He is willing to work with you re payment plans.
Description of Work: Ray Perez painted the interior of our house (living, dining, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bathrooms, and 4 closets. He painted and repaired all the ceilings which had cracks & water damage. Price included materials, and prep work (priming, sanding, scraping woodwork and walls). In addition he installed a new lighting fixture over our kitchen island, created and enlarged a bathroom closet with an extra shelf and new door.
