R I PAVEWAY

I had my driveway done by RI Paveway in October of 2024 for approximately $5,000. It is barely a year later and the driveway is starting to peel up in a number of places due to normal usage. I have been in contact with RI Paveway since July to figure out a remedy. They had told me that sealcoating would cover up the spots, but this fix was going to be an additional cost because they contract out their seal coating. I was not happy, but I agreed to the idea initially. Due to the delay in responses from their office, the sealcoating was going to have to wait until the spring to be done. Once I discovered that I had to wait another six months to get my brand new, $5,000 driveway fixed, I was done with RI Paveway. They attributed the damage to cars turning their wheels on the driveway. They recommended that I baby the driveway, disallow any delivery drivers from using it, and be mindful of parking on it during hot weather for the NEXT THREE YEARS! I did not pay for a driveway that can only be used on certain days by certain people. I highly recommend using one of the other highly rated paving companies in the area. I would not do business with this company ever again in the future.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB, AND I AM HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND STAYED WITHIN THEIR ESTIMATE. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND CLEANED UP THE YARD WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
