Absolutely no complaints whatsoever. They are fair and if the cant fix it they will tell you. If they can, they won't charge you a lot.

Camera had some issues with specs in pictures. The sensor needed to be cleaned. The repair/cleaning was done with a very quick turn around time, and I would use them again for repairs.

Midstate was quick to diagnose the issue (something sticky had been spilled...oops!) and gave me a quick turn around time for repair and cleaning. They were very polite and knowledgeable about my particular camera and I appreciated them getting it done in time for the holidays. I would use them again.

Camera Repair Service
Tested both the repaired camera and the used camera that I purchased and both performed perfectly. Midstate's service was exactly as advertised. What a find! I learned about Midstate through another camera dealer in the area who informed me that the Fortin brothers had been in business for about 30 years and had an excellent reputation for being highly reliable. They lived up to their reputation. I highly recommend them to anyone who is still enjoying 35mm film photography and needs some repairs done.
