+ -1 moreDennis had a crew replace our roof and install soffit vents to help with the ice dams. They did a quality job and Dennis himself came out to address a minor problem.
Description of Work: We needed a new roof to replace 2 layers of old asphalt shingle roofing. We had problems with both roof leaks and ice dams.

It went well. I had a concern because they were still working and it was dark , I called him and he got back to me in 30 minutes and explained they wanted to secure everything in the event of rain. The job took a day longer than expected but it was a difficult roof. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them,
Description of Work: They stripped my old roof that had shaker shingles between the boards.The put plywood on the entire roof, and then roofed the house. This is a 3 family home with a very steep pitch. There was a foreman on the job who lead the project and directed the workers. I interviewed four companies, what most impress me is the owner who came out to assess the roof and work area to decide set up for the job. He was able to answer all of my questions off the top of his head. He was confident , articulate and knew his stuff. He explained what would take place , how long he anticipated it would take it would work. We discussed the clean up and protection of my home and yard. He also showed up on time returned my calls promptly. I felt confident this was the company I wanted.
