He promised to get back to us on more permanent repair but never did. Tried to reach him this morning at no success. I would use them again, but impossible to reach.

It went well. Even though it was a Sunday evening, manning plumbing came by to help.

With a lot of rain recently, the basement sump had been fairly active. The evacuation pipe however was worn and leaking all over the laundry room every time the pump kicked on.

Manning sent a man over who called when he was on his way and showed up in the window time previously set. He not showed me and fixed the two issues (back flow valve and fasteners) but also pointed out a small leak beginning in one of the wash machine lines that I had not noticed. Good outift, have used them before and will again.

What great service. Mike was responsive, a great communicator and did excellent work. Highly recommended.

We took advantage of the $299 water heater install and 10% seniors discount as the big boxes and others wanted $350-$500. Manning Plumbing came in professionally and did a nice job and provided us a signed warranty. They also checked out our basement along with kitchen and baths. The tech fixed a minor sink leak for free! We were advised our furnace was " on it's way out " and got a quote. We will probably use Manning Plumbing again in the fall for that and any other plumbing jobs that come up. Clean, efficient, and responsive with a good price and warranty is what we sought and what we got from Manning Plumbing.

Called for the 1st time a couple of years ago. Prompt, professional and waranteed work by a young and qualified familiy man.

Great work, with a one year warranty at the minimum. they helped us decide on Kitchen and Bath items that we needed. They installed all at a lower price than the "big boxes" with the same warranty. Nice to help out a young local family to boot while saving alot of dough!!
Do Ask for the Senior and veterans Discounts
Don't expect them to arrive at the exact hour scheduled...maybe a 2-3 hour window in our experience.
Do ask them about after hours and weekend rates to save you time out of work.
Do expect to pay onsite (no billings).
Do ask about senior and veterans discounts (only company I know that gives vets a break).
