Lowe's is our favorite, they got custom services, nice stores, they got a quality merchandise, and they were very helpful all the time. They gave us contractor discount for the materials, eventhough we weren't contractors, because we were spending so much. They helped us figure out how to do things so they were good.

When I went to Lowes, the Lowes sales help in the store told me that I would be contacted within 48 hours by an installer who would come and measure my kitchen before the oven was ordered.  The salesperson told me the oven would take approximately 2 weeks to come in.  I waited four days and was not contacted by anyone.  I called the Lowes install office and they switched me to another installer and promised he would call within 48 hours.  At about 49 hours, the installer called and made an appointment to come measure about 5 days later.  After he measured, I had to return back to the Lowes store to process the purchase order.  I was told that the installer needed $400 to install the oven ($200 more than the original quoted fee).  I then waited a month before the oven came in.  Then the installer came and put the oven in. The oven popped right into where the old oven had been, so I am not sure why the installer needed to charge $200 more than the 'normal' install fee of $200.  A few days after the oven was installed, the lower oven door came loose.  I called Lowes to get a repair order, and they told me an installer would call within 48 hours to schedule a repair visit.  That was four days ago.  No call.

The service went very well. He was helpful. He was efficient and knowledgable. .

They are fabulous. We've spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with them over the last three years. They have been the most helpful and far better than one of their competitors. They have provided all kinds of services for us. They have helped us with our orders and made sure we got discounts if we ordered as contractors which we weren't because it was just my wife and me doing household projects. Their delivery was fast. They did such a great neat job on everything. They bent over backwards every time we were there. We've spent about $40,000 with them over three years.They closed the store that was two miles from us so now we have to drive farther.

Bottom line, the store calls when they say they will, they arrive when they say they will, and the whole process was the smoothest appliance purchase I have ever had.

THIS COMPANY MEASURED AND ORDERED THE DOORS SO THEY WOULD FIT PERFECT WHEN THEY CAME IN. THEY WERE HUNG WITHIN THE WEEK SO I THINK THIS COMPANY DID A VERY GOOD JOB FOR ME.

THEY WERE A VERY PROFESSIONAL GROUP TO HAVE WORKING IN MY HOME. WE HAD A LOT OF WORK DONE. THEY KEPT IN TOUCH WITH ME THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE JUST HOW I WANTED IT.

I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH LOWE'S. I DID HAVE A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE PEOPLE THAT THEY SUBCONTRACTED THE INSTALLATION TO. THEY SEEMED A LITTLE SLOPPY AND TOOK A LONG TIME TO HANG THE DOOR.

THEY TOOK TIME TO TELL US ABOUT THE CARPET, HOW IT WOULD STRETCH IN TIME, AND HOW TO TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR WORK.

WE ARE HAPPIER WITH LOWE'S BECAUSE THEY DID A BETTER JOB THAN HOME DEPOT. THEY HAD EXCELLENT PRICES. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DIDN'T TAKE TOO LONG TO GET THE JOB DONE.

THE DOOR WAS DEFECTIVE. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES TO MY WORST ENEMY. THE CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS HORRIBLE. THEY RUSHED THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. I WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

I HAD NO WORRIES. THE MEN SHOWED UP RIGHT WHEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD, AND SEEMED VERY SKILLED. THE FENCE WAS PUT UP VERY QUICKLY AND EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED PROPERLY.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME WAS VERY THOROUGH AND DONE PROFESSIONALLY. I ALSO THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS PRETTY REASONABLE.

THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND EXACT IN THEIR WORK. THEY CLEANED UP ALL THE DEBRIS AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED WITH THE JOB. MY WIFE AND I WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.

I THINK WE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE USING THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION. I THINK THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE MAN WHO INSTALLED THE FLOOR WAS PROFESSIONAL AND HARDWORKING.
