They did a good job and it was easier for me because I have credit card with them so I was able to use the credit card instead of paying cash.  It went okay.

I installed the carpet myself.  I had no problem with them at all.  After I had already purchased it, I found someone that was about $300 less expensive.  The help was very good.  I was looking for a particular type of flooring that was 8 millimeter with the backing already there.  They are the only ones that had it.  Their price was comparative to Home Depot.  I had to go to two stores to get the product.  They didn't have everything I needed at that store.  I had to go to another to purchase it.  They were helpful but they didn't have everything I needed.  When I went to the other store, it was all stacked up on a cart ready for me to pick up.

Almost completely defective.  Three of the four we purchased were defective:  one could not fit into the glass globe provided; two have defective switches that burn out bulbs after one day of operation.  This means three out of four motion detection outdoor lights/lanterns were defective, a 75% failure rate.  Two different brands failed, one was a 100 percent failure and the other a 50% failure.

it would be unwise for anyone to purchase outdoor lighting from ANY Lowes.  They seem to buy from companies, based on this small sample, that have no quality control. 

Most things we purchase at Lowes are fine, so this is a shocking exception.  It is definitely a red flag for consumers and for Lowes itself.

They were just phenomenal. The experience with them was great from beginning to end. They were perfect with their measurements and they were very agreeable to answering any questions. Their work habits were great and they cleaned up well.
