Roger was extremely knowledgeable about the market trends and the whole transaction process. Because I was looking for rental/investments, I would often make low offers to ensure my rents/mortgage would at least break even. As a result, my bids were often refused. Roger never made me feel that my quest was a burden, or I was less important than someone who might have provided a faster commission. He always had answers to my questions and provided much needed advice. His patience and knowledge are far superior to any other realtor I've met.
