very dependable. He showed up every morning at 6:45 am. Worked in frigid conditions to get the job done on schedule. He even showed up on Saturdays. Great team of people. Kept the work area clean, and orderly.

Joe and his crew were punctual, professional and detail oriented. They cleaned up after themselves, and finished both jobs when promised. He and his crew did high quality work. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Joe and his crew, are always punctual, they are very hardworking, only taking two short breaks during a very long day. They clean up their mess as they go. Always very respectful and friendly, Joe communicated all the time on what he was doing etc.

We have used his services in the past too. He is very reliable. We would use him again. He has a small business. He is a carpenter by trade, but he does a lot of things. I came to know about him by word of mouth. We had a lot of work done by him a few years ago. He added an extension to the house. He was fantastic. He used to turn up everyday at 7 o'clock. I would recommend him. His business is not doing fairly well now because of the recession. He is good. He is very conscientious and professional. He is not the cheapest. We got different quotes from people before we went with him and they were cheap, but you pay for what you get. His work is of very good quality. He finishes his job and he is trustworthy. There were times when he was working for us for about three months and we could leave the house when he was here. He is a very good guy. I contacted him recently and I am waiting for him. I have some minor repairs to be done. So he will be here in the next month, but we haven't used his services for about four years. I told my neighbors about him after I used him. He has done work for two of my neighbors and they were very pleased. He contracts out some of the work. The nice thing about him which tells that he is a good guy is that the guys who have been working for him have been with him for years. He does the building work and certainly the woodwork. He is a perfectionist. He will contract for the electrical and plumbing work. His son does ceramic floors. He contracted out a guy to do wood floors. All of his contractors were marvelous and reliable. We haven't used anyone else for this kind of work. He is kind of busy and he is kind of up there.
