I broke down on the side of the road after hours and had to call AAA. Inskip arranged to have someone accept the towed car after hours. The provided me with a loaner while they were repairing my car. Repairs were done and car is running fine.

I think they do a good job here. It is a little overpriced. I've overall had a good experience with them for my 2005 325i. I do wish that they could lower prices on some routine maintenance. Alternatively, I'd like to find a better auto shop for my bmw.
