They managed the entire job, and they did an excellent job. The other people that I spoke to are all residential roofers and none of them were really qualified to do flat roofs. They did not actually do the work. They contracted with an outfit from Massachusetts who is a specialist in commercial and flat roofs. The cost was very reasonable. Actually, it was below what most quotes I got from other people. I liked that they kept all their commitments and the price was extremely reasonable. They give extended terms without any interest. They are very good on follow-up. There was one window that was damaged and the people came back the next day and fixed it fine. It was a very good job. They were very clean. The person who handles the booking of the roofing and siding from their office had several alternatives and he preferred this one. I went along with him and I was very happy with it. I would definitely use them again. The only thing is that they originally thought they could finish up in two days, but it took them three day.

I ordered the generator online and they did the shipping at my convenience. They were really great and awesome.

A 50% success. The person installing the exterior patio door did and excellent job, good cleanup, and professional installation - very neat. The interior door installation was a disaster, the doors were ruined; sides were broken when latches where installed, hinges were not properly set, cracks in doors with poor patching. The young helper was the total opposite of the person installing the exterior door and said he would be in the job only another two weeks, on the cell phone most of the time. The interior doors need replacement (+$100 each) or if not completely damaged re-installed. Based on the exterior door I would rate an A, based on the interior doors an F.

They came when they said they would and were careful of the walls and woodwork while putting it in the closet. They were very neat and quick about finishing the job.

Delayed the start of the job multiple times, until a threat to request my deposit back and go elsewhere. Finally started the job; took longer than expected. Workers were OK, but did not clean up real well after the job. Job was completed accurately, and it looks nice. The problem with using Home Depot is that they contract the work out; you never know which company will be performing the work. Some work that they've done for us in the past has been absolutely excellent. This job was a disappointment based on what we've experienced with them in the past.

They were on time, efficient, and the warranty is excellent. One minor issue with a screen being installed incorrectly, but it was immediately fixed when we called them. They did a great job.

FOR GETTING TEN NEW WINDOWS, THE PRICE WAS PRETTY GOOD. THEY HELPED ME PICK OUT THE ONES THAT I WANTED, AND THEN DELIVERED THEM TO MY HOME. THE WORKERS DID A GOOD JOB OF TAKING OUT THE OLD ONES AND PUTTING THE NEW ONES IN.

I USED THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY WERE HAVING A SALE AND THEIR LOCATION IS CONVENIENT. THEY HAD A LARGE SELECTION OF FLOORING. THE INSTALLERS DID A GOOD JOB AND THEN REMOVED OUR OLD CARPET FOR US.

I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR INSTALLATION. FIRST, THEY CUT THE CARPET WRONG AND SEAMS DID NOT FIT TOGETHER. SECOND, THE CARPET THAT WENT DOWN THE STAIR DID NOT REACH THE BOTTOM. THE SECOND TIME THEY CAME TO FIX IT WITH A GLUE GUN. I WASN'T HAPPY.

THEY ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE HOME. THEY PAID ATTENTION TO THEIR HOURS, AND HAD THE JOB DONE ON TIME. THEY ARE NOT MESSY AT ALL. THEY WERE GREAT WITH CLEANING UP, AND VERY RESPONSIBLE.

THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY COMPANY. THE CARPET JUST LOOKS BEAUTIFUL IN MY HOME. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTING THE RIGHT CARPET FOR MY NEEDS.

I FEEL LIKE THE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH THEM WAS OVERALL A RELATIVELY BAD ONE. I THINK THAT THE QUALITY OF WORK COULD HAVE BEEN A BIT BETTER, AND THE SPEED THAT THEY WORKED COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE FASTER.

HOME DEPOT WAS REALLY GOOD. THE CARPET THAT I BOUGHT WAS FLAWED AND THEY SENT A MAN OUT FIVE TIMES TO GET IT EXACTLY THE WAY WE WANTED IT BUT THAT WAS THE INSTALLER'S FAULT, NOT HOME DEPOT'S.

THEY INSTALLED MY CARPET AND THEY DID A EXCELLENT JOB. THEY ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITHOUT GETTING FRUSTRATED AND I FELT COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE HAVING THEM IN MY HOME.

THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. I CANNOT THINK OF ONE BAD THING TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THE GUYS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, AND DETERMINED TO GET THE JOB FINISHED. THEY ALSO HAULED AWAY THE OLD CARPET.

THEY DID NOT VACUUM OR CLEAN UP VERY WELL AFTER THEY LEFT. THE CARPET ITSELF LOOKS GREAT, AND HAS WORN REALLY WELL. THEY DID MAKE ME WAIT SEVERAL WEEKS LONGER THEN I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO.

THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS THAT WERE OUT OF THEIR CONTROL, BUT THEY FINISHED THE JOB AT A DECENT TIME. I THOUGHT WITH THE AMOUNT OF WORK DONE THE PRICE WAS AT A GREAT AMOUNT.

THIS HOME DEPOT WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY WORKED WITH STYLE STONE AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THIS COMPANY TO COME IN AND INSTALL THE COUNTERTOPS SO THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY DID IT JUST HOW I IMAGINED IT. THEY WORKED QUICKLY AND DID THE JOB RIGHT. WE HAD A LAYOUT OF WHAT WE WANTED AND THEY WORKED WITH US TO FOLLOW IT AS CLOSELY AS POSSIBLE.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THEY DIDN'T RETURN MY PHONE CALLS WHEN I HAD QUESTIONS. THEY WERE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I KNOW THEY OVERCHARGED US TOO, BECAUSE WE ONLY HAD A FEW THINGS DONE.

THE WORK THEY DID WAS JUST WONDERFUL. I LOVE THE FENCE! IT ONLY TOOK THEM ABOUT A DAY AND A HALF TO GET THE JOB FULLY COMPLETED AND THEY NEVER STOPPED WORKING FROM THE TIME THEY GOT HERE UNTIL THE TIME THEY LEFT. IT WAS JUST EXPENSIVE.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK WORKING AND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. I REALLY LIKE THE FLOOR THEY PUT DOWN FOR ME AND IT'S STILL IN GOOD CONDITION.

THEY HAULED AWAY THE OLD CARPET AND PUT IN THE NEW. THEY CLEANED UP ANY MESS THEY MADE AND MADE THE NEW RUG LOOK PERFECT. THEY WERE VERY CONSIDERATE AND DIDN'T SWEAR AROUND MY KIDS, WHICH IS IMPORTANT TO ME.

I HAD NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE WORK THAT THEY DID. THEY GOT EVERYTHING DONE WITHIN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME AND THE WORK WAS JUST EXCELLENT. IT WILL LAST ME A LONG TIME.
