Gino was great! He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why. He kept us informed the whole time. He acknowledged that in order to fix our clog he needed to do something that may cause damage to our pipe due to the condition it was in (it didn't, yay!), and told us if that were the case how much money and time it would require to fix, etc. I really appreciated that he allowed me to make an informed decision about my house. Only con was that we had to wait about 5 days for him to come do the work because of an issue with the person who answers the phone. However, he personally called us to make things right and did take us as soon as he could otherwise. Gino is a man who cares about his work and his clients and that was all I wanted when hiring someone. Additionally, he made some recommendations, was kind and easy to talk to, and we paid the exact amount he quoted in the beginning. Overall great experience and when I need plumbing done in the future I will definitely re-hire.

I called several plumbers before contacting Gino. I needed to replace 2 faucets and have them installed. Gino was the only one that stocked faucets with him, he stocks Delta and Purepro faucets. I'm the type of person who doesn't like measuring faucets and going to Home Depot or Lowes, simply because I don't want to get the wrong size and make repeat visits. I called Gino and made an appointment for 06-27-17. He came with the faucets and installed them. He seems very experienced and very pleasant. I'm very happy that he stocks faucets with him, that made me save a lot of time and aggravation. I highly recommend Gino's Plumbing and will use him in the future. His prices are very reasonable.

As always, they did an excellent job.  We have been using Gino's Plumbing for all our plumbing needs since we met him 12 years ago on our first house in Providence.   Three houses later he's still with us.

I am very happy with Gino's Plumbing and feel that way every time they do work for me. They are always on time and gets the work done professionally! Great job!
