See above. I don't know what he did technically.

He came, figured out the problem ... left to get parts ... came back and finished the job, complaining the whole time.
He did not give an itemized bill.
For the time he was here and the cost of the parts (I checked later, on my own), I thought his price was exhorbitant!

They were fine. Everything was installed properly. They were clean. They were punctual and quick. They stuck to the budget. They understood the work.

The work was done from July 22 to the 25, 2008. Seams are leaking air at the base of coil installation. Seams should have been silicon sealed. They are just taped. The tape is already peeling off. The supply transfer is piece meal and needs to be replaced which he did not do. The supply transfer area is awkward. It should have attachment to coil casing. This would allow for less air leakage. I was told all of this by another furnace person who we paid $90.00 to review the Gasmans work. Also on my receipt from the Gasman there is a one year warranty on Parts and Labor which I feel is not being honored. He is avoiding dealing with the problem and our calls.

I already bought the part which is an air vent/air scoop. Some other companies wanted to provide their own part/s, as well as charge me more than a $100 to service the boiler + additional cost for installing the vent. John came over to look at the boiler and installed the part. It was still pricey for about 15 minutes of work, but it got done for less than other estimates I got. I also had a new bleeder valve for the slightly rusty one attached to the vent but he said that the existing one was still fine. And he also said I didn't have to get my Burnham boiler cleaned yearly, unlike some other brands.

I HAD A REALLY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM. THEY WERE GREAT, BECAUSE THEY CAME IN AN EMERGENCY. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW QUICKLY THEY CAME AND FINISHED THE JOB. I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES.

I THOUGHT THE GUY THAT WORKED ON MY FRIDGE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE SEEMED VERY NICE AND ACTED LIKE HE JUST WANTED TO HELP ME GET MY FRIDGE RUNNING. HE DID A GREAT JOB FOR A CHEAP PRICE.
