Great! I am completely satisfied. One floor that was wavy is now flat. Great job staining. Beautiful finish. Floors that are 25 years old look brand new! Very competitive pricing. Very pleasant to work with and gave me helpful recommendations but never pushy. You can’t go wrong- Ron is the owner operator so you know you will get top quality work.

Ronald Parrott owner of Future Floor Surfacing installed a new hardwood floor in a 450  sq. ft space. He also weaved the new floor into an existing 50 year old floor totaling approximately 1400 sq. feet. All floors were sanded and finished with 3 coats of polyurethane. He blended the two floors seamlessly by hand which other companies said could not be done. He is a perfectionist and even sanded and finished the threshold to the front door. It is the little unexpected details that make him a consummate professional. He accomplished all this by himself in less than a week. Ron was here each morning at 7am and continued until late in the afternoon. Ronald Parrot is not only a wonderful craftsman; he is a really nice guy doing what he loves. He is very detail oriented and we couldn't be happier with the results.
After being screwed by our general contractor it was so nice to finally meet a reliable, hardworking craftsman that deserves all the
business he can get. That is why I am doing my best to tell everyone how happy we are with the results of his work.
