Freedom Builders recently completed a huge remodeling project on an investment property for us. Joe the owner gave us an approximate finish date when we hired him. And he actually managed to get the job done within a few days of that date! He did everything we hired him for, including the extra surprises that creep up in a remodel He and his workers are extremely professional. They came clean and ready to work everyday first thing in the morning, and worked late most days. Everyday he and his crew left the job in broom cream condition, and as neat as can be expected on a job site. . His charge for the extras was extremely reasonable, we couldn't have been happier!

It was a winter project (lots of snow) and the work was being done in a finished area, so great care had to be taken not to ruin anything (furniture, electronics, flooring & ceiling).  Most of the cutting of wood was done outside in the freezing weather, so as not to make a huge mess in the house.  The contractor had tarps he put down on the existing flooring, and he covered furniture and electronics to protect everything.  The project took unavoidably longer than originally expected due to the weather but in the end, it was so worth the time and effort this contractor put into it, the finished product is absolutely beautiful, and we couldn't be happier!

Things went smooth. Joe Casimiro (Freedom Builders) has an eye for detail & is MORE than willing to help you keep within your budget. He offers great suggestions or alternatives to any design ideas. He has contacts all over the state where you can shop for fixtures, countertops, or whatever to help you stay at your pricepoint. He always gives you a clear picture of his schedule & what to expect timewise (barring an unforeseen problem). The guys are CLEAN - nothing is left behind or in the way (if at all possible). Not just at the end of the job - they clean up daily.
