Frank came out and assessed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be replaced. He didn't have the part with him so we negotiated a time when he would return that afternoon. Again he was on time, replaced the part and within 15 minutes I had a working boiler and heat.

Extremely nonprofessional! Showed up unprepared to work, and did shoddy work with low quality tools. Ruined one of my new cabinets because of a leak. I have had my plumber resolve issues as they arise. if there are many more I may file a lawsuit! DO NOT HIRE!!!!! IF THERE WAS A RATING LOWER THAN F I WOULD SCORE THEM WITH THAT AND IT STILL WOULD NOT BE LOW ENOUGH!!!

Frank is old school. He and his brother do the work and they are both a bit crusty. But they get the job done and they do it right. I've attempted to cut corners by hiring friends, but Frank ends up coming in and finishing the job or fixing what get's messed up. He's not cheap but I feel what he charges is reasonable considering the quality of his work. I highly recommend Frank. Just don't expect him to be warm and fuzzy. But who really wants a warm fuzzy plumber?

I called Frank Knight in fall 2008 in a panic. At that time we were having backup from our older clay sewer lines, resulting in water and backup into the basement. The problem was the old clay pipes, which run underground and out to the street. The breakage was about 5 feet from the house, under the porch. This was in October. It was important to get the job done right away, before winter, and when the ground froze. The only way to access and replace the line was to dismantle part of the porch. furthermore, the yard is too small to allow trucks in, so it had to be dug out manually. I was quoted a fair and reasonable price for the work and assured that it would be taken care of asap. Everyone arrived when they said they would. The job was done in a week, and that included taking apart the porch and putting it back together. The price was as quoted. The repair was a success and still going strong. This is the only company I would use for plumbing and heating. Company also installed a 3-zone heating system in our home in 2006 and also has done other plumbing work. All jobs were done professionally and well.

The price was reasonable for the amount of work they did to remove all the pipes in this three family residence. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. They are very professional.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT IN COMING OUT TO FIX THE OIL BURNER BECAUSE IT WAS IN THE WINTER. THEY ARE VERY GOOD IN WHAT THEY DO. WE WERE GRATEFUL TO THEM FOR COMING SO QUICKLY.
